Special Projects for gifts up to $5 billion can be developed by Institute officers. These special projects would incorporate the donor’s name into the project ensuring immortality through the ages permanently.

For example, a water desalinization plant off the California coast might be developed to bring water and electricity into the Navajo Nation. This would be called the Donor’s Name-Navajo Water desalinization Project and would enhance the quality of life for the entire Southwest United States.
